This Privacy Policy describes what data the Obshak service ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and what rights users have.

2. Infrastructure and Data Storage

The application is hosted on Replit, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). The database runs on servers provided by Replit. By submitting your data, you agree that it is processed on servers located in the United States. Replit acts as a data sub-processor and operates under its own privacy policy: replit.com/site/privacy.

3. What Data We Collect

Email address — when you submit the early access (waitlist) form.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, operating system. Automatically recorded in server logs.

We do not collect payment information, geolocation, biometric data, or other sensitive categories of personal data.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases

Waitlist — sending a launch notification. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Service operation — ensuring technical functionality. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Cookies

The application uses only technical (functional) session cookies required for the service to work. They are not shared with third parties and are not used for tracking. No third-party analytics cookies are used.

6. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be disclosed only as required by law.

7. Retention Periods

Email from the waitlist — until the product launches or until your deletion request.
Technical logs — no more than 30 days.

8. Your Rights

Under applicable law, you have the right to:

Request access to your personal data.
Request correction or deletion of your data.
Object to processing or request restriction.
Withdraw consent at any time.
