1. The Service

Obshak is a web application for group savings that allows groups of people to track contributions toward shared goals. The service is provided in demo mode ("demo") and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Infrastructure

The service runs on the Replit, Inc. platform (USA). This means your data is processed and stored on servers located in the United States. By using the service, you accept this condition. Learn more about Replit's infrastructure: replit.com/site/privacy.

3. Demo Mode

The current version is a demonstration. Data entered in demo mode is not saved between sessions. We are not responsible for any loss of data in the demo version.

4. Acceptable Use

By using the service, you agree:

Not to use it for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes.
Not to attempt unauthorized access to the system.
Not to violate the rights of other users.
Not to distribute malware through the service.

5. Age Requirement

The service is intended for users aged 16 and older. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the service — the name, logo, design, and source code — are the property of Obshak. Reproduction, copying, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Obshak is not liable for:

Interruptions or unavailability of the service.
Any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Third-Party Links

The service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the service without notice in the event of a violation of these Terms.
